Two contracts. One page.
Read this page if you want to participate in deciding what the Marketplace becomes, and if you want to know exactly what we will and won't do to get you there. Read it once, and the rest of your time here is yours.
We will not ship a Marketplace we haven't asked you to design.
There is no forced, top-down Marketplace model at launch. We are not picking the fee structure, the revenue split, the sale-vs-rental default, the quality bar, the payout cadence, or the creator protections and shipping them. The early-adopter community votes on every one of those decisions, and the rules that ship in Q1 2027 are the rules the community approves.
We could ship faster without it. We are not shipping faster.
How a Marketplace mechanic becomes a rule.
Who votes. Pro subscribers, and creators who have submitted at least one skill. The vote is closed to the public; it is open to the people who have skin in the network.
The mechanism. Quadratic voting. Each Pro voter gets 100 voice-credits across six topics; each creator with a submitted skill gets an extra 50, because they bear the platform's downside more directly. Spending all your credits on one topic weighs more than spreading them — the most passionate voter has a louder voice, but not total control. The voting mechanism itself is open-source. Anyone can audit the result.
The topics. Each gets a default in the preliminary plan on November 1. The community discusses, amends, replaces.

What we never do
No fake countdown timer
No "X people viewing"
No hidden auto-renew
No pre-checked opt-in boxes
No decoy pricing tier
No trick questions in activation
No re-engagement traps on exit
No fabricated community size
The first cohort is fifty. We onboard with you.
The application is short. Three things we ask: what the skill is, who it's for, and what shape you imagine the license to take. We review with you. We onboard with you. We publish with you. The bar is a real skill, from a real domain expert, with a real buyer in mind. Not wrappers. Not prompt collections.
The cap is deliberate — a design choice, not a scarcity tactic. The skill review, the installation flow, the audit ledger, the payout cadence all need to be proven on a small cohort before they scale.

Sovereign Builders Q2 2027
The first event for the most technical readers. Format shaped by the first cohort. Details land when we have them.
The KPI for community size is one thousand members by end of November 2026. Today, the community is smaller than that. We say so. The dashboard is the live source for community numbers; the moment it knows a real number, it will be there.
The community reads across the week. The same votes that shape the Marketplace shape the assistant you bring home. The channels are open across the week. The participation ladder doesn't clock out.
