/dashboard · public record

What we earn. What it costs. What we ship.

This page is the public record of the company's working numbers. Every figure on it can be defended. Every figure on it can be challenged. The page updates when the underlying number changes.

Honesty is the marketing.

D1 — Today

Right now.

Paid Pro users —— publishes with the first reporting cycle
Monthly Pro revenue (MRR) —— publishes with the first reporting cycle
Free-tier installs (cumulative) —— publishes with the first reporting cycle

Numbers update on the same day as the underlying event. Until the feeds go live, the page shows the targets we published before launch — and nothing invented in their place.

D2 — The projections we published before launch
200 / $24KMonth 1 — September 2026 · paid Pro / MRR
500 / $60KMonth 2 — October 2026 · paid Pro / MRR
When a miss happens, this is where it shows up.

Both targets are anchored against comparable indie launches. They are targets, not stretch scenarios. If a number lands below target, the page names the gap and explains the diagnosis — not as an apology, but as the working record. No evergreen early-days framing. No "we hit 95% of target" spin. The page hits, misses, or beats the target, and says so.

D3 — Methodology

How the numbers are calculated.

Paid Pro users are counted once per unique payment-processor customer with an active license at the moment the page reads. Free-tier installs are counted once per unique machine fingerprint, deduplicated against re-installs on the same machine. MRR is the sum of paid Pro licenses at the standard monthly rate, prorated for any partial-month subscriptions. Studio tier revenue, when it ships, is added on top at the standard monthly rate.

D4 — Cost structure

The other side of the dashboard.

Line itemEstimated monthly (Q4 2026)Scales to (Q3 2027, ~3,500 users)
Founder salary$2,000 – $4,000$6,000 – $10,000
Cloud infrastructure$300 – $800$2,000 – $5,000
Email relay$50 – $200$200 – $500
Jade Seal license server$200 – $500$800 – $1,500

Content engine$200 – $500$500 – $1,000
Total, year 1$3,000 – $6,000$10,000 – $18,000

The reader can do the math: at the Month 2 projection the operation crosses operating profit, which is what the business plan says. The page doesn't editorialize the math. The math is the page.

D5 — Cohorts

Who is paying.

CohortPaid Pro users
Legal — IP lawyers and niche practitionerswith first cycle
Finance — banking, analysts, accountantswith first cycle
Creative & content — copywriters, creatorswith first cycle
(Adjacent) Sovereign Builderswith first cycle
Studio (future tier)when it ships
What this page does not publish

Estimated lifetime value per cohort appears in our internal plan as a working estimate. This page does not publish estimated LTV until retention data exists. We will not publish a number we cannot defend with measurements.

D6 — Founder reflections

Reflections ship on the last business day of each month, covering the month just closed. Four parts, every time: what we tried, what worked, what didn't, what we changed. The first reflection lands after Month 1 closes.

D7 — Marketplace creator revenue share

Marketplace revenue share is published when the marketplace launches in Q1 2027 with the community-approved mechanics. We will not publish preliminary numbers before the vote closes on November 30, 2026.
