What we've shipped. What we plan. What we won't.

We've shipped an early version. We have a plan for the next twelve months. We have a list of things we are deliberately not doing, with reasons. Each row has a date we are willing to defend out loud.

If a row on this page stops being true, the page gets updated.

R1 — Shipped

What's in production today.

v1.0.4.5 SHIPPED

The build the first 50 users are running. Activation flow closed. License integrity fixed. Email-based auto-activation working.

v1.0.5 IN CHAIN

The production build: pipeline cutover that retires the legacy installer, the signer, the bundled installer, and the auto-update channel in final form. This row is marked Shipped when the first external tester downloads it.

R2 — Twelve months, two columns

Product and architecture, quarter by quarter.

September 2026

Public V1 ships

Product

V1 ships. Two hundred paid Pro users in the launch month. The Useful daily content track goes live.

Architecture

The v1.0.5 build pipeline cutover completes. The seven-gate release contract becomes the default for every future build.

October 2026

Acquisition + first creators

Product

Five hundred paid Pro users. First cohort of fifty Marketplace creators onboarded. First community skills published.

Architecture

Email-relay v2 hardening. Auto-update channel pinning. Internal dogfooding on the v1.0.5 build before public release.

November 2026

The Marketplace plan + community vote

Product

Preliminary plan published. Vote opens on fee structure, revenue split, sale-vs-rental, quality bar, payout cadence, creator protections.

Architecture

Sleep-cycle consolidation runs on production data for the first time. Persona-layer promotion verified end-to-end.

Q1 2027

Marketplace launch

Product

Marketplace launches with the community-approved rules. First creator revenue-share payouts. Premium add-ons: voice cloning, custom persona.

Architecture

Apple Silicon build ships if users ask. The signing chain migrates to vendor-signed — the SmartScreen click-through goes away.

Q2 2027

Studio tier + i18n

Product

Studio tier launches. The first Sovereign Builders event. Localization to Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

Architecture

The license-verification chain is end-to-end signed on the desktop verifier — the last leg of the trust gap closes.

Q3 2027

Scale + ecosystem

Product

One thousand Marketplace skills installed. Blue Spark for Teams private beta.

Architecture

Target state: a separately-managed sidecar for the consolidation loop. Linux build ships.

Dependencies, named: the November vote shapes the Q1 mechanics. The Apple Silicon build ships on demand, not speculatively. Localization was deferred since v1 and is picked up now.

R3 — What we won't do, and why

Decisions we are deliberately not making.

No medical field in v1.

The consent and liability surface is too wide for a v1 product to cover credibly. We revisit at roughly five thousand paid Pro users. Until then, this category stays out — stated as confidence, not weakness.

No manufactured urgency anywhere.

No fake "two minutes left" banners. No "X people viewing." No pre-checked opt-ins. No decoy tiers. No hidden auto-renewal.

No SaaS-bill framing for Pro.

Pro is the cost of keeping your spark bright, not a monthly bill. The framing holds on every page.

Promise 01

The kill switch is the last to fail.

The sovereignty overrides work. They don't degrade under load.

Promise 02

The local store has one copy.

Memory, conversations, audit ledger, persona — one place, one machine. No replication, no drift.

Promise 03

The license check is the only ungranted request.

Everything else happens locally, and the license check is opt-out-able in the offline grace period.
