Terms of service
Blue Spark runs on your machine. You are responsible for how you use its output. The service is provided as-is while it is in active development, and the terms below will be replaced by the full text that ships with v1.0.5.
Pro is billed monthly at $120, direct to the maker. Cancel anytime; your data stays on your machine and stays accessible. The base product is free, uncrippled, and permanent — it does not convert away from you.
Privacy
Voice, conversations, memory, and work products are stored locally and are not retained anywhere else. There is no prompt retention on any server. The cloud receives only what the architecture requires: a license check, a software update, an email you explicitly sent, or a reasoning call when the local model can't handle the question.
This website runs no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party pixels. The page you are reading made no behavioral profile of you.
License
The license is signed and bound to a one-way fingerprint of your hardware — not your name, not your email. It works offline for a 14-day grace period, after which it checks back in. If you change hardware substantially, the license is re-issued.
We can revoke a license. We cannot read the assistant's memory of your work. The license certificate users see inside the app ships with v1.0.5.

Blue Spark is not legal or accounting advice. Its output is a draft, a summary, or a starting point — never a professional opinion. The judgment stays with you; that is the product's design, not a loophole in these terms.
Security disclosure
Licenses carry a modern digital signature, and the runtime verifies its own integrity before it accepts one. Reports are answered within the next business day — not 24/7, but never ignored.
What we commit to: we credit reporters who want credit, we publish fixes in the release notes, and we do not pursue researchers who act in good faith. The bounty program, when one exists, will be defined here with its scope.
