You have spent years on the specifics. The Marketplace is where those specifics become a product other people can install. The first 500 creators solve the long tail for the first 50,000 users. After that, the network takes over.
The monetization model is decided by the people who use it.
There is no forced, top-down selling model at launch. This is a deliberate decision, not a deferred one. The plan publishes November 1, 2026. The community votes on the final mechanics between November 15 and November 30. The Marketplace launches in Q1 2027 with the community-approved rules.
Quadratic voting. A Pro subscriber gets 100 voice-credits; a creator with a submitted skill gets 50 more. Spending all your credits on one topic weighs more than spreading them — the most passionate voter has a louder voice, but not total control. The mechanism is open-source; anyone can audit the result.

A skill is a compiled workflow — voice, persona, prompt chains, and tool integrations tuned to your domain. When a buyer installs it, the skill runs on the buyer's machine, against the buyer's data, with the buyer's permission. The skill does not phone home unless a license check needs to run.
Revocation. If you decide — for any reason, or for no reason — to revoke a skill, the next license check turns it off on every machine it's installed on. The buyer's memory of having used it stays; the skill itself does not. Revocation is unilateral. It is yours to use.
Provenance. Every skill carries a signed record of who built it and when — a modern digital signature that says this is what it claims to be; the creator is who they claim to be. It does not say more than that.

Creators connect their own local tools into the assistant's nervous system via a persistent local connection. This is what makes a skill feel like theirs to the buyer.
